Z71: New GaruxNG-G [UPDATED]

Thanks to Andrzej Zaborowski's efforts on Garux, I got new stuff to play with . Thanx balrog-kun . So ... I took that stuff and merged it to GaruxNG. It works in a quite different way though - mainly the progress bar.

Future ideas:
-some bitmap font so we can print stuff on the screen - partly done
-some icons during boot ... why not having some fun
-reading some pictures from ROM and displaying them

UPDATE:
I've coded some preliminary font support into garuxng, so you can write something on the screen. It has still some real issues that has to be fixed first first of them is, that it wont boot if I use DRAW_CHAR Well this is "preview edition", dont expect anything
