git is better for storing

git is better for storing the kernel, however git.hackndev.com is somewhat slower than svn.sourceforge.net

Anyways, vote, and let's see the results.

To H&D developers: please post a comment after you vote describing why you voted your way.

I'm not too fussed but voted

I'm not too fussed but voted yes since then we could use Trac's integration features and all of git's nice ways of doing things. If we do decide to move it to git, it might be worth flattening some of the early history to lower the download size for git-clone. The old history would still be accessible via sf.net though, of course.
