Cocoboot v0.3 released

Cocoboot version 0.3 adds a USB console for development work and includes several small fixes to make things more reliable and allow booting bigger kernels. This release is also the first to integrate Treo and Zire31 support into the official version of Cocoboot. Thanks go to phire and slapin for testing and suggestions. Please let me know if you have any trouble with this version as it has only been tested on a couple of devices. Beware: The kernel command line is now empty by default, check to make sure you don't need to put something in it.
