Cocoboot version 0.4

Get it while it's hot. The reason for this rapid release is twofold. Firstly, 0.3 broke on the LD, TX and maybe other machines, so if you were getting an error like "Returned c01d", then 0.4 should fix it for you. Secondly, I implemented a couple new and nifty features that were requested. Cocoboot now reads a configuration file "cocoboot.conf" (see example) letting you configure the default command-line, name of zImage and initrd etc. You can also now turn on "no prompt mode" which means Cocoboot will start Linux without asking you any questions as soon as you tap its icon.
