[RFC] Make PWER, PRER, PFER, PEDR setable runtime

I'm a bit surprised it's not already done... It would be great to set wakeable events runtime - BT, keys, RTC timer, slider (important for Tungstens), card insert/remove (important for live linux), etc. You can use it for example for locking keys...

PalmOS does it, why couldn't do that Linux?

There could be one driver for all devices. Only definitions would be different from device to device...

What about make it accessible through sysfs so userspace can configure that?
