Why is hackndev.com listed under "hacking/proxy avoidance" and classified "DANGEROUS"?

I opened hackndev.com after installing Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security and this website is classified as DANGEROUS. Can anyone explain why its dangerous and proxy-avoiding?

Unplug the connector

Unplug battery's connector with a paperclip. Don't forget to plug it again

Removing slider

insert the paperclip, move slider down a little. Repeat for the second hole until slider shifts down completely
